10. I'm an AOL user, why am I having problems viewing images and/or adding images to my photo album? ASPN.com utilizes multiple windows for the viewing and adding of images to customer photo albums. However, AOL's internet navigation software also uses multiple windows and conflicts with normal, multiple browser window management and sometimes creates problems when viewing images or adding images to an ASPN photo album.
To successfully view images and/or add them to your ASPN.com photo album, we suggest the following. Once connected via AOL, simply open a separate browser window (Internet Explorer or other) and navigate to www.aspn.com. Accessing ASPN.com with a stand-alone browser that is separate from AOL's bundled software will clear up most, if not all, the problems experienced by AOL customers.

Under the WEB GRAPHICS TAB, choose NEVER COMPRESS GRAPHICS and click OK
